EMI Policy

1. EMI Availability

UMAirCox offers EMI (Equated Monthly Installment) facilities through selected banks and payment partners. EMI options may vary depending on your bank, card type, and promotional offers.

2. Eligibility

EMI is applicable only for eligible credit card holders. Customers must ensure that their card supports EMI transactions before selecting this option at checkout.

3. Tenure & Interest

EMI tenure options (e.g., 3, 6, 9, or 12 months) and applicable interest rates are determined by the issuing bank. UMAirCox does not control bank charges, processing fees, or interest rates.

4. Cancellation Under EMI

If a booking made under EMI is canceled, the refund will be processed to the original payment method. EMI interest or processing charges applied by the bank are non-refundable.

5. Policy Updates

UMAirCox reserves the right to modify or discontinue EMI offers at any time without prior notice.
